The Baltimore City Early Childhood Advisory Council brings together people and organizations who care about young children — and want to make sure every child in Baltimore starts school ready to succeed.
Our Council includes early childhood educators, public agencies, funders, researchers, community advocates, and families. Each member plays a different role in the early childhood system — and by working together, we create stronger solutions for children and families across the city.
Many of our members directly provide or support early childhood programs and services. Together, we share knowledge, coordinate efforts, and advocate for policies that give every child a strong start.
Our Council doesn’t just meet — we take action.
Every member joins one of four Goal Groups focused on key areas of early childhood. These small teams are where ideas become action. They plan projects, share resources, and work together to make real progress for young children and families in Baltimore.
This is where the work of the coalition happens — and where lasting change begins.
