Read to Reef
It’s back! The spring season of the Read to Reef book club, in partnership with the National Aquarium has started! Baltimore-area children in 5th grade and younger with a Pratt Library card or eCard can visit the library to pick up their bookmark, read five aquatic- or conservation-themed books, and earn free admission to the National Aquarium.
It’s simple to participate!
From March 1st to 31st, Baltimore-area children in 5th grade and under with a Pratt Library card or eCard may visit any Pratt Library location to request a Read to Reef bookmark, while supplies last.
Check out the National Aquarium‘s favorite aquatic- or conservation-themed books or ask your librarian for suggestions. Borrow, then read or listen to someone read any five of these books and record them on your Read to Reef bookmark.
Track the titles on your bookmark and when you have logged at least five books, head over to aqua.org/read-tickets to reserve up to four admission tickets to the National Aquarium! Complete your reading and visit the Aquarium through June 18, 2022. Blackout dates include April 3-10, 2023 and May 27-29, 2023.
